The terms that apply to using the TEO Circular website while the platform is in development.
1. Stage of the project
TEO Circular is at an early development stage. The website presents an intended service. No marketplace, catalogue, or transaction service is currently operating.
2. Submissions
You may submit information about surplus assets, requests, or partnership interest. You confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your company, and that any assets described are legal and may lawfully be transferred.
3. No guarantees
Submitting a form does not create a contract, a match, or an obligation for us to introduce you to any other company. We do not guarantee availability, quality, condition, price, or the outcome of any introduction.
4. Third-party services
Logistics, storage, insurance, payment processing, inspections, and similar services are provided by third parties and may be charged separately. We are not a party to agreements you conclude with other companies.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
