Founding Member Terms

1. Not an investment

Supporter contributions and Founding Lifetime Premium purchases are not investments. They do not provide shares, ownership, securities, voting rights, profit participation, or any financial return.

2. What Lifetime Premium includes

One company account with permanent access to the highest standard subscription tier of the platform once it becomes publicly available, plus Founding Member status and early access.

3. What it does not include

It does not include logistics, storage, insurance, payment processing fees, inspections, or other third-party or transaction-related services, and it does not guarantee matches or transaction volume.

Lifetime access applies to one company account and is not transferable to another organisation without our written agreement.

4. Project risk

This is an early-stage project. There is a real risk that the platform is delayed, changed significantly, or never launched. By contributing you acknowledge and accept that risk.

5. Payments

At this stage, forms on this website register your interest only. No payment is taken automatically. We will contact you by email to confirm details before any amount is charged.
