TEO Circular is an early-stage project developing a B2B platform for redistributing business surplus, with an initial focus on Spain. For any privacy request, contact us through the contact form on this website.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through our forms: contact name, company name, email address, optional phone number, location, and the description of your surplus, request, or message.

We also process supporter and founding member registrations, including the amount and type of contribution you indicate.

3. Why we process it

To review your application, contact you about potential matches, respond to your message, and improve the design of the future platform. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in developing the service you asked to take part in.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with another participating company only when we introduce you to a potential match, and only with your agreement. Service providers such as our hosting and database provider process data on our behalf.

5. Retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate partnerships and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
