How refunds are handled for supporter contributions and founding memberships.
1. Before payment
Registering interest on this website does not charge you. You may withdraw your registration at any time before payment by contacting us.
2. Consumer withdrawal rights
Where mandatory consumer protection law applies, you keep any statutory right of withdrawal that the law grants you. Contact us and we will process it.
3. Voluntary contributions
Supporter contributions fund development work that is carried out immediately and are therefore generally non-refundable once paid, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise.
4. If the platform does not launch
If the project is discontinued, we will communicate the situation to all founding members and supporters and explain what, if anything, can be returned. Contributions carry project risk and are not guaranteed.
